We’ve both been teaching and coaching English for decades, but it’s new for us to be helping creatives together. In fact, we will celebrate our first business anniversary in January.
How True Voice Helps Artists & Designers Improve Their English
My background is as an artist. Jennie studied language deeply, so together, as a combination, we are developing methods of learning that suit artists and designers.
People who have been using English for years, often with frustration, imprecision, and even losing opportunities because the language element is too difficult.
It’s not our goal to ‘fix’ your English because it’s not broken.
Together, we can improve:

English for Creatives
As creatives, sometimes you need to speak with total certainty; at other times, you want to bring your audience into the questions you are asking yourself, the issues you are researching and solving in your work.
Being clumsy with language can break this delicate invitation for your audience and make you sound closed when you want to sound open.
We know your English is good, but we believe it will be a lot better with informal practice in conversation settings, with expert help from language coaches.
Your Golden Ticket is our invitation to try for free and discover how big a difference we can make.
How Does it Work
If you receive a golden ticket invite, you can join any 2 Golden Ticket English conversation workshops.
After 2, you can remain in the group by inviting a friend, who will also receive 2 free conversations.
It keeps going like this: after joining us twice, if your friend wants to stay, they also need to invite someone new.
How fresh will your English feel for 2026 then?
The Golden Ticket Holders Conversation calls start Monday, November 10 and continue to Monday, December 22, giving you the posibility to join up to 15 free conversations!
The weekly workshops are 45 minutes, on Zoom
→ Monday 3 pm (4 pm CET)
→ Wednesdays 12 pm UK (1 pm CET)
About the Zooms
→ Be punctual. For the sake of the flow, we’ll not let latecomers in.
→ Keep your camera on when possible.
→ We’ll divide larger groups into breakout rooms and move between them to support conversations.
→ Smaller groups get us all to yourselves! That may even be 1:1.
→ Zooms are not recorded.
About Spond
We use an app called Spond to keep everyone organised between our Zoom sessions.
